This beautiful couple has been with me since their proposal in June of 2020 after Michael planned the most perfect night for their proposal at Paris Mountain Stables in Blacksburg, VA. Once Kelly & Michael began wedding planning, we could finally plan the engagement session of their dreams. Michael was familiar with this gorgeous spot on the Appalachian Trail with the Keffer Oak in Newport, VA and after exploring all of our options, we chose to venture out on our two hour hike with stops all the way up the mountain (Mainly so I could catch my breath while hiking LOL). When we got up to the top where the gorgeous Oak tree stood, we had the most dreamy lighting, which has since been referred to as “Disney Dreamland”. It was a hot day, but after we started taking photos, it all went out the window because of how much fun we were having and creating the most beautiful engagement photos!
